How to works? 

Once we receive a referral, our specialist team will carry out a detailed assessment of your needs. We will keep in mind your personal choices and wishes. Where you are not able to make a decision for yourself, we will take into account the wishes of family members and professionals who care about you.  

If found suitable for our service, our team will make a proposal with support plans and placement options, which may range from single occupancy to multiple occupancy depending on your needs and risks.  

Once move into our supported living, our trained staff team will support you with your activities of daily living.
